Highly Reliable Systems, Inc. is a US manufacturer of backup and disaster recovery hardware solutions based in Reno, NV. Highly Reliable Systems specializes in engineering backup and recovery devices that use fully enclosed, protected and hot swappable hard drives, which allow for extremely fast backup and restore and also provide an easy way to physically transport data and backup images offsite.

Highly Reliable Systems, Inc. was conceived in 2003 as an outgrowth of a large Northern Nevada reseller. The founders saw the frustration and repeated service calls on tape backup and conventional USB drives.

Highly Reliable Systems employs a diverse collection of talented electrical engineers, software engineers and others who are very conscious of reliability and customer service. As one of the few remaining USA based manufacturers we take pride in the innovative backup systems we build.
