We are working with our suppliers to find a resolve. However, this may suspend or delay the availablity of certain HR products which use 1.5TB drives. How fragile are hard drives anyway? One of the most frequent questions we get about our products is this: What happens if I drop one of these things? The general feeling seems to be that DLT/AIT/DDS tapes would fare better with rough handling. We set out to test that theory, and we feel we have soundly put it to bed.
